This sweet 1-year-old male Schnauzer mix has already been through more than most dogs ever should—but you’d never know it from his gentle spirit. After being found as a stray and sadly hit by a car, he underwent a left leg amputation. Through it all, he has remained incredibly friendly, calm, and full of quiet affection.
He loves being around people and has a soft, easygoing nature that makes him a comforting companion. Whether he’s resting by your side or soaking up attention, his sweet personality truly shines. Despite his injury, he’s adapting well and continues to show just how strong and resilient he is.
He is fully vaccinated and will soon be evaluated by a veterinarian for a possible prosthesis once he has fully healed. With the right support, he has a bright and happy future ahead.
We are currently looking for a loving foster or forever home where he can continue his recovery surrounded by care and kindness. He will thrive in a home that can offer patience, compassion, and a cozy place to call his own.
