DESCRIPTION
Baxter was found as a stray wandering alone in a rural town. A kind person saw him and asked us for help. We were able to save him because one of our fosters agreed to bring him into her home. Baxter has been in our care since he was 3 months old, and he has completed his veterinary care. We hope he’ll get adopted soon, so his current foster can help another pup.
Baxter is a very sweet and cuddly boy. He loves kids and does fine with cats. He is house trained, crate trained and leash trained. He also does great with every dog he meets.
Baxter is 5 months old and weighs 22 pounds. We think he’s a Schnauzer and Wire Hair Terrier mix.
Baxter is neutered, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. He is also microchipped, heartworm negative and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
Baxter can arrive in Connecticut on 3/14. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out the application found here: https://throwadogabone.org/adopt.
