An affectionate eight-and-a-half-year-old Schnauzer mix currently in Fort Worth, TX, whose essence is a sparkling blend of intelligence, devotion, and light gray and beige charm wrapped into one delightful 20-pound companion. This bright-eyed girl carries herself with the confidence and grace of a true Schnauzer, greeting her favorite people with enthusiastic joy and a happy little bounce that can turn any ordinary day into something special!

Frankie is playful with a medium energy level, making her a wonderful match for a single person or couple who enjoys both activity and cozy downtime. She is incredibly smart and eager to learn, thriving with positive reinforcement and happily showing off how quickly she picks up new cues. In fact, her sharp mind is one of her most endearing qualities! She comes when called, is crate trained, and has been fully house-trained since puppyhood without a single accident indoors. She has never been destructive or disobedient, and she approaches life with steady confidence and good manners. While Frankie is affectionate and devoted to her people, she would be more comfortable in a home without young children, as she prefers a calmer, more predictable environment where she can relax and shine.

When it comes to other dogs, Frankie is neutral and comfortable in their presence. She previously shared her world with another Schnauzer and bonded beautifully! She has also been successfully boarded and enjoys calmly coexisting with other pups. She can thrive as the only dog in a loving home or alongside a compatible canine companion. Around cats, she is shy but not aggressive, simply preferring a gentle introduction and a little patience.

Frankie is spayed, vaccinated, and has no known medical concerns. She has never shown aggression and is described as one of the best dogs her guardian has ever known. She needs a new loving environment where she can continue receiving the structure, companionship, and affection she adores.
