DESCRIPTION
My friends describe me as: Affectionate, curious and shy! MEET TOBI This sweet boy came in as an owner surrender due to no fault of his own and we have quickly fallen in love with him during his short time with us! Tobi is nervous around new people, other dogs and new environments and will need a slow and quiet approach to anything new in his life. He will need his usual longer daily walks as he is still a puppy and will need a refresher on all the puppy basics, come meet Tobi in Brewster! Tobi is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team. For more information on Tobi or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The schnauzer is a versatile and intelligent dog breed known for its distinctive beard and eyebrows. They come in three sizes - miniature, standard, and giant - each with their own unique personalities and characteristics. Schnauzers are loyal, playful, and make excellent family pets. They require regular grooming to maintain their wiry coat and love to be included in activities with their human companions. With proper training and socialization, schnauzers can thrive in various roles, from loving companion to skilled working dog.
