DESCRIPTION
Victor is a sweet 2.5 year old male who was found wandering the streets. He tested negative for heartworms, and has been neutered and vaccinated. He is good with other dogs, but hasn't been tested around cats. Victor can be a bit of an escape artist, so needs a secure fence and careful supervision until he is settled and feels safe and loved.
