Bessie was found as a stray in a rural town we help. One of our volunteers saw her looking for food near a trash can. We were able to save her because one of our fosters agreed to bring her into their home. Bessie has been a sweet girl since the day we found her. She has completed her veterinary care, so she’s ready to find someone who will always love her.
Bessie is a very affectionate puppy. She loves to be held and be with people. She is almost house trained and learning to potty outside. She is also crate trained and leash trained. She loves other dogs and has been with children as young as 6. She is 4 months old and weighs 12 pounds. We think she’s a Rat Terrier mix, and will be a small adult.
Bessie is spayed, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. She is also microchipped, heartworm negative and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
Bessie can arrive in Pennsylvania on 3/14. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out the application found here: https://throwadogabone.org/adopt.
