Meet Rip – A Distinguished Gentleman Looking for His Perfect Retirement Home

Rip is a 10-year-old, 19lb. male Rat Terrier mix with charm, character, and plenty of energy to keep you smiling! This distinguished gentleman may be a senior, but he still has lots of pep in his step and enjoys his daily walks, playtime, and, most of all, being close to his person.

Rip is in excellent health and recently had a dental, so he’s feeling fresh and ready for his next chapter. He’s an easy companion who is comfortable being left unsupervised and would likely thrive in a condo or apartment setting—he’s very much an indoor kind of guy who enjoys the simple comforts of home.

He gets along well with other dogs and would do best in a calm, loving environment. Crates aren’t his thing, but give him a cozy spot (especially next to you!), and he’ll be perfectly content. His favourite place to sleep is right beside his person—he truly loves companionship.

Rip is looking for a retirement-style home where he can enjoy a relaxed pace of life, warm snuggles, and a caring human to share it all with.

Young adult 1 year - 5 years $650
Adults 6 years - 9 years $575
Seniors 10+ $325

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter .
*EXCLUDING UNALTERED PUPPIES UNDER A YEAR.

The adoption fee also includes, at a minimum, vaccinations, de-worming, I.D. tag and microchip insertion. We gratefully accept any amount above the adoption fee as a donation used to support our mission to save as many dogs as possible.
