Ava’s story began quietly at a house in Surgoinsville.

She was found lingering near the home, doing her best to survive while caring for more than just herself. Ava wasn’t alone—she was a devoted momma who had puppies depending on her. Despite the uncertainty around her, she stayed strong for them, protecting and nurturing her babies the only way she knew how.

Thankfully, caring individuals noticed Ava and knew she and her puppies needed help. They were brought to us so they could all be safe. Here, Ava was finally able to rest, knowing her babies had food, warmth, and protection.

Now Ava’s puppies are growing, thriving, and officially available for adoption, and Ava herself is ready for the next chapter too. After taking such good care of her little ones, it’s finally her turn to be cared for.
