Backstory:
Keky’s story begins in a place no dog should ever know — alone on a balcony, without food or water, left to fend for herself. Day after day, she waited quietly, her small body growing weaker but her gentle spirit never fading. When she was finally rescued, Keky didn’t show anger or fear — only relief, and a quiet hope that her life was about to change. And change it did.

Today, Keky is a soft, loving little companion who carries herself with a calm and gentle grace. At just 11 pounds, this sweet pug is the definition of low-energy comfort — happiest curled up beside her person, soaking in warmth, safety, and affection. She has a peaceful presence about her, the kind of dog who doesn’t demand attention but melts your heart the moment you notice her.

Keky adores people and does wonderfully with both men and women. While she can feel a little unsure around very young children, she thrives in a quieter environment with older kids or adults who understand her gentle nature. She gets along beautifully with other dogs and even cats, though she doesn’t need a furry companion to feel complete — she’s perfectly content being your one and only. She’s house trained, walks nicely on a harness, and enjoys calm strolls where she can take in the world at her own pace. She’s not a barker, not destructive, and not reactive — just an easygoing, loving little soul. At night, Keky prefers the coziest spot of all: right beside her person in bed, where she feels safest and most loved.

After everything she’s been through, Keky is simply looking for a soft place to land — a home where she’ll never be forgotten again. A yard would be a bonus for her to gently explore, but she would also do well in an apartment as long as she has love, comfort, and companionship. Keky doesn’t ask for much — just kindness, patience, and a forever family who will cherish her the way she has always deserved. In return, she’ll give you quiet loyalty, gentle companionship, and a love that feels like home.
