Walter is a 4‑pound chihuahua–pug mix with a whole lot of charm packed into a tiny body. He’s going to stay very small. He is the perfect little companion for someone who loves a pup that can go everywhere with them, even tucked in a purse.
He was found by a kind person who couldn’t keep him, so he came into rescue, and he’s been winning hearts ever since. Walter sleeps comfortably in his x‑pen, and he’s already showing great potty habits — he’ll cry to let you know he needs to go out, and he uses the outdoors when he’s taken outside.
This boy is a true puppy through and through: playful, curious, social, and absolutely thrilled to be part of whatever’s happening. He adores toys, especially stuffed animals, which he proudly carries around like treasures.
Walter is currently in foster care, soaking up love and learning all the good things. He’s ready to bring joy, laughter, and tiny cuddles to the lucky family who adopts him.
Walter is located in Hondo, Texas and is available for transport to St Petersburg, FL on February 21st. He is neutered, up to date on all shots, microchipped and his adoption fee is $500. The fee includes the transport cost.
He is too young for CHAGAS testing.
