This little man is safe now, he has an amazing foster home in which he has made himself comfortable on the couch, dog beds and everything soft. He immediately rolled over on his back, happily wagging his tail and scratching back and forth.
At some point in time, he clearly had a loving home. We can find that for him again with your help.
