08/31/26 17:51 ~ 5 year old M intact mini poodle mix presenting with dental disease, medial patellar luxation bilaterally (grade 3) but not significantly painful at the knees at this time, matting at tail, overlong nails, and matting in ears - in need of shave down, ear plucking/ear cytology and treatment at time of neuter. Due out 9/4/26
