Debby - Available 10/11 - Costa Mesa Location - Poodle and Basset Hound Dog for Adoption in Chino Hills, California

Meet Debby! She is one of 5 dogs rescued from a neglect situation. Although she had a rough start, this girl has not let that stop her from having a happy disposition. Her foster reports that Debby was a dream assignment. She walks perfectly on a leash, likes other dogs and children, ignores cats, is potty trained and has a very sunny nature. And she is quiet - her foster has barely heard her bark. She has beautiful, soulful eyes, poodle-y hair but a long body with sturdy little legs - we think she might be a bassetdoodle. Whatever breed she is, she is adorable and would be a great addition for any family!

She is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations and micro-chipped. Come in and meet Debby.

The Basset Hound is a unique and recognizable breed known for its long body, droopy ears, and soulful eyes. Originating from France, they were originally bred for hunting small game like rabbits due to their keen sense of smell and sturdy build. Despite their laid back and affectionate nature, Basset Hounds are also persistent and independent thinkers, which can make training a bit challenging. With their low energy levels and love for lounging, they make wonderful companion dogs for families seeking a loyal and easygoing pet.

The Poodle is a highly intelligent and elegant dog breed known for its distinctive curly coat and graceful appearance. Originally bred as water retrievers, Poodles come in three size varieties Standard, Miniature, and Toy each with their unique characteristics but sharing the breed's alert and friendly nature. Renowned for their hypoallergenic qualities and keen sense of humor, Poodles excel in various dog sports and activities, making them versatile companions suitable for different lifestyles and living situations.
