You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Wisdom is a petite, somewhat standard poodle (she's not quite large enough) who came to the shelter as an owner surrender. She will be 2 years old in May and currently weighs 32 pounds. Wisdom is well mannered and intelligent. She is a little bit shy when she meets new people but blossoms into a fun loving young dog who bounces around exuberantly. Wisdom will be vet checked and spayed on Feb. 25 and her fee is $150.
Wisdom is looking for a home with someone who is experienced with poodle type dogs and their grooming needs. She would like a home in which she's not left alone for long hours. She has had some basic training and is smart and receptive to more. Wisdom has done well with other dogs, kids, and cats. She will require regular exercise, too.

We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.
We do require that potential adopters be at least 21 years old and that any resident dogs be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventatives, and spayed or neutered.
