Scooter is a bit timid and scared of many things including new people, so he will need time to adjust. He absolutely loves toys and shoes and socks, but remarkably doesn’t destroy them! He loves to run and play with his foster siblings and does well with other dogs. He wants his family to know he is a pro at snuggling and watching TV! He even knows a few basic commands.
