Meet Nikki Momma, an approx. 2-3-year-old Pointer / Lab mix, weighing 50 pounds (as of 3/16/26). This lovely lady was found as a pregnant stray with a couple of other male dogs and was taken to a Tennessee pound. On January 31st, she gave birth to 8 healthy adorable pups who are all musically gifted in their own right! Nikki basically gave birth to a whole band! Now that the pups are old enough to find their own homes, Nikki is looking forward to living her best life with her future family!

Nikki is great with other dogs and have even let them near her pups! She knows they're also fans, and as a momager, it's her job to get her puppies' names out there! Nikki has also been fantastic in her foster home. She loves her people, will follow them around and even wait by the door so you'll always have someone excited to see you even if no one else is! Kids should be no problem for her. Just make sure they wash their hands first. Her coat's too nice to get to jelly on it! Her foster says that based on Nikki's gentle temperament, they doesn't see any issues with cats. This lady loves everybody she meets which explains why her pups have so much charisma!

Behind every great icon is a fabulous mother who showed them the way! Nikki has done well with potty training, leashing and while she's not a fan of crates, she'll still go inside. Maybe upgrade her to a mansion instead? Just a thought. Once her milk has dried up and she's spayed, she'll be ready to go!

Nikki will make a great addition to any family, especially one with kids or another dog to play with. She can't wait to have jam sessions in the living room with you!

All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be.

To adopt or learn more about Nikki Momma, you must fill out an adoption application. To find the application, copy and paste this URL into your browser: WWW.GDRNE.COM/ADOPTION-APPLICATION [Adoption Fee: $495] **

PLEASE READ: If a dog is listed, then s/he is currently available for adoption. Their information is correct to the best of our abilities and the information we have been given as of the day of posting. From time to time we receive new information/photos of a dog and we do recreate their listing, which means their old listing link will no longer be valid. If you are considering a dog but don't apply right away please make sure to search for the dog by name if the link you have no longer works.

Please note, GDRNE does not guarantee the breed of any dog or puppy unless stated that we have run DNA. All breeds listed are educated estimates. Note that if the dog is listed as an "Out of town pet" there are NOT additional transport fees - it is included in our adoption fee Our dogs are rescued from various situations. It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted. To learn more about our *shelterless* rescue, adoption fees, and procedures, review the list of Frequently Asked Questions on our website at WWW.GDRNE.COM.
