Hi! My name is Spudzy, and I am from Alabama!
Meet Spudzy.
The name fits. He is a full-time couch potato with a part-time job as your shadow. He wants to be near his people at all times. Best case, he is curled up on your lap or stretched out in a sunny spot.
He is calm, easy, and quiet. We have never heard him bark. The only "talking" he does is a funny little growl at his chew bone when it is not cooperating. It is ridiculous and you will laugh every time.
Spudzy sleeps through the night in his pen. He is about 95 percent reliable with house training and continues to improve with routine.
He is highly motivated by treats and belly rubs, which makes him easy to guide and eager to please. He has a soft personality. With other dogs, he is submissive and very respectful. If a more assertive dog sets a boundary, he listens right away. No drama. He just wants everyone to be happy.
He loves kids. He loves dogs. He really just loves being part of a calm, kind home.
If you want a Velcro dog who is low-key, affectionate, and quietly wonderful, Spudzy is it
