Carl was found as a stray and needed a little extra help at first, but once he realized people could offer kindness and care, he blossomed. Though he's been working through some skin issues, he's well on his way to feeling better and has been nothing but sweet with our staff. Carl is smart, playful, and loves affection. He enjoys his walks and, while baths aren't his favorite, he handles them like a champ. He can be very loyal to his family and would do best with a home that provides structure and clear guidance to help him succeed. Carl is ready to leave his past behind and start his next chapter with a family who will love him for the exceptional dog he is.
