Introducing sweet Wanda -- eight years young and shining brighter than ever. This lovely senior girl is the perfect blend of playful spirit and emotional maturity, offering truly the best of both worlds. With her gentle eyes and wagging tail, Wanda forms deep bonds quickly and will happily become your devoted shadow from day one.
Wanda's story could have ended far too soon. After spending over 180 days in a crowded shelter, she was heartbreakingly placed on the euthanasia list due to space, her age, and length of stay. Thankfully, a compassionate rescue volunteer saw the treasure she is and refused to let her story end there.
Now safe and thriving in a foster home, Wanda is proving every single day what an exceptional companion she is.
In the home, Wanda is close to perfect. She is housetrained, well-mannered, and beautifully behaved in her daily routines. She sits patiently before meals, takes treats ever so gently, and walks nicely on leash.
On her walks, she has met both dogs and cats and greets them with curiosity and a softly wagging tail. With proper introductions, we believe she would do wonderfully with other animals.
But beyond her lovely manners, Wanda's true magic is in her heart. She is an affectionate, devoted cuddle bug who adores butt scratches, sweet kisses, sunny spots for sunbathing, car rides, and even watching Bluey on TV. She delights in playing with her toys, chasing her tail (even if she can't quite catch it), and then curling up beside her favorite person for a cozy nap.
Wanda is ready -- truly ready -- for a family who will cherish her the way she deserves. She has so much love to give and is simply waiting for someone to say, "You're home."
Don't miss the chance to bring this wonderful girl into your life. Wanda is proof that sometimes the very best companions are the ones who have been waiting patiently for their forever.
