Pit Bull Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania

DESCRIPTION
Our volunteers have fallen hard for sweet Pongo. Pongo came to us as part of a recent large-scale seizure (93 animals!) but he seems ready to leave all that in the past. The volunteers report that he is very affectionate, soaking up any attention they give him, and that he is a breeze on a leash (despite his size) and really seems to enjoy his long walks on our hiking trails. He does his business while out on a leash too. He lived with many dogs and cats, so he's used to being around other animals, but please bring any resident dogs with you for the meet! Just to be sure.
He truly is the nicest boy who really deserves a second chance at the life he was supposed to live all along!
If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared - bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home including resident dogs with vaccination history. We are open 11-5 pm.
