Meet Sven!

It's hard to believe that the happy, healthy dog you see today is the same Sven who was rescued by our Animal Law Enforcement team in such heartbreaking condition. When he first came into our care, he was completely emaciated and covered in sores. With time, medical care, and a lot of love, Sven has made an incredible comeback and now he's ready to find the family he's been waiting for.

Sven is one of those dogs who seems to make friends wherever he goes. Whether he's attending an offsite event, making a media appearance, or just hanging out with his favorite people, he's always happy to soak up attention and share his sweet personality. He enjoys playing and having fun, but he's equally content snuggling up and relaxing by your side.

He's open to meeting children and other dogs and is ready to start the next chapter of his life with a family to call his own.

If you are interested in adopting, stop by our shelter any day between 12-6pm. Please come prepared - bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home, including resident dogs with vaccination history.
