Perla is a gentle, affectionate sweetheart who's ready to find her forever home. This loving lady was rescued from the PG Animal Shelter after her family was evicted, and now she's making the most of her second chance.

She may be a senior, but don't let that fool you, Perla has plenty of pep in her step! She's playful, loves her toys, and is always up for a game of tug or fetch. She's also a big fan of "sniffaris" (aka leisurely walks with plenty of time to sniff the roses).

House-trained and crate-trained like a pro
Knows all the basics: sit, stay, paw, leave it, down, and more smart and eager to please!
Loves car rides, adventures, and most of all, being close to her people

Perla lives with another dog but can be a bit picky about her canine friends, so a meet-and-greet is a must for any potential dog siblings. She's happiest when she's with her humans and would thrive in a home where someone is around often or wants a sweet companion to bring along for the ride.

If you've got room in your heart (and maybe a few extra blankets and belly rubs), Perla is ready to be your loyal sidekick for life.
