Come and see Sarah! Just look at this beautiful girl! Sarah is a 3-year-old white Pit Bull mix who has so much love to give and is ready to find a family of her own.
Sarah came to us from another shelter, where she had been found as a stray. She spent 1 year and 4 months waiting for someone to choose her, and we'd really love for her next stop to be a forever home!
Sarah loves people, has done well with other dogs, and LOVES treats. She even shared a kennel with our girl Stephanie (who is also available for adoption) during their time at the previous shelter, and the two became buddies!
She's such a lovely girl, and after spending so much time waiting in a shelter, she deserves the chance to experience all the good things that come with having a family. Cozy naps, yummy treats, daily adventures, and people who love her unconditionally.
Could Sarah be the missing piece of your family? Come meet this sweet girl and give her the chance she's been waiting for! Can't adopt? Please share! Let's help Sarah's long wait finally come to an end.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The Pit Bull Terrier is a resilient and loyal breed known for its muscular build and loving nature. Originally bred for bull baiting and later dog fighting, Pit Bulls today are beloved family pets cherished for their gentle temperament and playful personality. With proper training and socialization, Pit Bull Terriers make affectionate companions that thrive on human interaction. Recognized for their strength and agility, these dogs require regular exercise and mental stimulation to channel their energy positively, reinforcing their reputation as devoted and trainable pets.
