Spears is a beautiful 9-year-old, 60lb Terrier/Pit mix who has spent nearly her entire life waiting in rescue environments. After years of waiting in another rescue, she was transferred to Saving Grace Rescue LBK, and we are determined to make sure her next chapter is her best one yet.

When Spears first arrived, she had a bit of a rough road ahead of her. She was diagnosed with mast cell tumors that required immediate attention. We are so happy to report that her surgery was a success! Her vet achieved good margins. Spears is feeling great and is ready to leave her medical worries behind her.

Don’t let her "senior" status fool you—Spears is pure magic. She has quite possibly the softest, sweetest personality we have ever encountered. She is a true "people dog" who just wants to be wherever you are. Whether you’re folding laundry, watching TV, or taking a slow stroll in the yard, Spears just wants to be your shadow.

Loyalty: She wants a person or family she can finally call her own.

Snuggles: Plenty of head scratches and soft beds.

Stability: After a lifetime in rescues, she’s looking for a quiet "retirement" home where she can finally relax.

Spears has waited almost a decade for a couch to call her own. She has so much love packed into her heart, and she’s just waiting for the right person to give it to.
