Pit Bull Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption

Porter is a 12-week-old, almost 20-pound chunky monkey puppy with the most stunning brindle-and-white coat and a whole lot of personality packed into a growing pit bull mix body.

Porter came to us from a local Bay Area shelter as a stray with his sister. Sadly, no one came forward to claim them — but that loss turned into a big win for the lucky family who gets to love him forever.

This sweet boy is everything you want in a puppy: smart, affectionate, playful, and eager to please. He loves a good play session just as much as he loves curling up for a nap and soaking up affection. Porter is still a baby with no formal training yet, but he’s curious, motivated, and clearly ready to learn — the perfect blank slate for someone excited to guide him.

Porter’s ideal home will be a house (no apartments, please) with a secure yard, plenty of time for training, socialization, and age-appropriate exercise, and people who understand what it takes to raise a big-breed puppy into a great adult dog. A large-breed-experienced home is strongly preferred.

Porter will be neutered before adoption and will continue completing his puppy vaccine series over the next few weeks.

We do keep applications on file for 90days in case the dog you apply for it already adopted or not the right fit simply email us to forward your application on to another dog of interest.

Our dogs are in foster homes all over the Bay Area and all adopters are required to travel to the foster home to meet. We do not have a facility. No meet and greet can happen until application is completed.

Our Commitment to Our Dogs
Every dog in our care receives comprehensive veterinary care, including:
• Spay/Neuter surgery
• Microchipping
• DHPP vaccination
• Flea treatment and deworming
• Rabies vaccination
• Any additional vet care as needed

The adoption fee for this dog is $400 serving as a non-refundable donation to help cover vetting, transport, and care costs. Adoption fees may vary based on specific dog and needs.
