DESCRIPTION
"Well, howdy hey", says Cowgirl! This cowpoke girl mosied into KC Pet Project looking for a new family. She's been out in the corral demonstrating all kinds of western skills, like 'Sit' and walking on the reins...ummm.... leash! She happily dawdles along, but has a cute little hitch in her giddy-up when she takes off in a trot! Her cowpoke friends describe her as sweet and chill, even if her cowgirl hat is two sizes too small for this big girl!
Cowgirl recently hit the trail on a Dog Day Out and this is what her 'pardners' had to say: "Cowgirl is a super chill and happy girl. She listens really well, is potty trained, and has great leash manners. She showed me the tricks she knows - sit, down, and shake (can do with both hands but prefers to give her right paw). Cowgirl also took treats gently. She enjoyed looking out the window at birds and playing with plush toys. She took a lot of naps between playing, bird watching, and showing me the tricks she knew."
Cowgirl is housetrained, has lived with cats and children and even knows some doggie signs!
Cowgirl is vaccinated, spayed and microchipped... and ready to ride off into the sunset with you! ...
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The Pit Bull Terrier is a resilient and loyal breed known for its muscular build and loving nature. Originally bred for bull baiting and later dog fighting, Pit Bulls today are beloved family pets cherished for their gentle temperament and playful personality. With proper training and socialization, Pit Bull Terriers make affectionate companions that thrive on human interaction. Recognized for their strength and agility, these dogs require regular exercise and mental stimulation to channel their energy positively, reinforcing their reputation as devoted and trainable pets.
