Meet Mayflower

If you're looking for a dog with personality, snuggles, and enough love to fill your whole house, Mayflower is your girl.

This adorable pittie mix is around 3 years old and is equal parts goofy comedian and professional cuddle bug. She's an absolute ham sandwich who will happily roll over for belly rubs any chance she gets, and her favorite place in the world is curled up beside her people on the couch.

Mayflower already has the basics down too: she's leash trained, house trained, and crate trained. More than anything, she just wants to love and be loved.

Her journey to rescue was heartbreaking. Mayflower was found starving on the streets of Clovis, New Mexico, trying her best to care for her 10 puppies. They were placed on the euthanasia list through no fault of their own. Mayflower was rescued just in time, but tragically her puppies did not make it.

What's incredible is that Mayflower hasn't let her past harden her heart. She is still unbelievably sweet, affectionate, trusting, and ready to give her whole heart to a family of her own. Mayflower deserves the kind of forever home where she'll never have to worry again. Just endless love, soft couches, and all the belly rubs.
