Apple - Pit Bull Terrier and Border Collie Dog for Adoption in Colorado Springs, Colorado

This Apple is just waiting to be picked by her perfect family.

Apple is a 30ish lb, 7mo collie/terrier mix (best guess) who has spent over half of her life in a shelter. You wouldn't be able to tell though, by how quickly she has adjusted to life inside her foster home. She can be a little timid at first, but opens up and settles quickly once she feels safe.

Apple gets along very well with other dogs, and handles her 50lb foster brother like a champ. This girl has some speed on her, and loves to chase and be chased. Once play time is over, she'll come right inside when called, and head straight to the couch for nap time with her lamby.

And while she does find comfort in her kennel, she would definitely prefer a comfy spot next to you.

Apple is working on perfecting her potty training, and basic commands, but with consistency a routine, and treats, she will thrive and make the perfect addition to any home.
