Hedwig, with her absolutely stunning merle coat and soulful eyes, came to us as a stray in need of some TLC. She arrived underweight, and we’re working on helping her fill out and feel her very best.

Right now, Hedwig takes treats like they might be the last one she’ll ever see — which is completely understandable given her past. We’re helping her learn that food will always be there, and we expect this to improve as she continues to gain weight and settle in. Because of this, a home without small children is recommended.

Hedwig passed her initial play yard assessment with other dogs and did well. Have pups at home? Bring them by to meet her — meet and greets with resident dogs are always required.
