Who is this handsome potato with the happy smile and tappy toes?
This is Birch. And Birch would like to formally submit his application to be your dog.
Birch is a 7-year-young, 65lb bully mix who somehow spent **an entire year in a shelter** after arriving as a limping stray. Which honestly makes no sense once you meet him.
He's goofy.
He's sweet.
He's got the happiest little wiggle when he sees people.
Despite being 7+, Birch still has plenty of pep in his step and LOVES to play. In fact, his play style could best be described as "enthusiastic backyard wrestler." He does great with other dogs but may be a bit much for smaller or very polite pups.
He's food motivated (treatos = life), already knows sit, shake, and down, and has been doing great with crate time for meals and sleeping.
What Birch really wants?
A couch.
A human.
A place where his happy tappy toes are appreciated daily.
After waiting so long, it's finally Birch's turn.
Come meet this big lovable goof.
