Cairo is a smart, friendly big baby with a heart just as big as he is. He absolutely **loves car rides**-he hops right in and often tags along for school drop-offs without a worry in the world. While he's happy to be active outside, he's also perfectly content to relax indoors, making him a wonderful balance of playful and chill.
He's **housebroken** and will politely whine and head to the door when he needs to go out. Cairo is used to **free roaming in the home** and does well when left alone. Rain and snow? Not his favorite-he'd rather stay dry, thank you very much.
Cairo is a **ball enthusiast**, especially when it comes to red Kong balls. Outside he enjoys being active, and inside he settles easily. With strangers, he's very friendly-he'll sniff, jump up to give kisses, and happily soak up pets and attention.
He has lived peacefully with a cat, mostly ignoring them, and has a positive history with other dogs through playdates, doing well both on and off leash. On walks, he tends to ignore passing dogs. Cairo has lived with children of all ages-he enjoys walks and attention from older kids and mostly ignores babies.
Cairo knows several cues, including **sit, come here, down, and go**. He's **very tolerant during baths** and easy to handle overall. Nail trims haven't been tried yet.
Cairo is a loving, easygoing companion who's ready to bring joy, to his forever home.
