Pit Bull Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption

Nala is a 6-year-old pitbull mix with a heart as big as her beautiful smile. This sweet girl recently lost her home when her beloved dad had to move into an assisted living facility. While that change has been hard, Nala hasn't let it dim her loving spirit - she's ready to bring that same devotion to a new family.

One of Nala's most adorable quirks? She loves wearing her scarf when she's chilly - and she proudly models it every single day. It's safe to say she knows she looks fabulous!

Nala is extremely friendly and affectionate. She truly loves her people and is happiest when she's near them, whether that's curled up for a cozy nap or heading outside to enjoy some fresh air (she especially loves playing in the snow!).

She gets along well with other dogs, though she's not a big fan of little dogs who bark at her. While she is currently in a foster home with cats, she shows quite a bit of interest in them. Because of that, she would do best in a home without cats or with confident, dog-savvy cats who can hold their own.

Nala is both housetrained and crate trained, making her an easy addition to a home. She's past the puppy stage and perfectly settled into that wonderful, balanced adult phase - playful when you're ready for fun, and perfectly content to relax by your side.
