Libby has had a hard life. She was found by a good samaritan chained up outside an abandoned house in the middle of winter. Despite her horrific past, she is a happy dog and loves life.

She is a senior lady, but don’t let that fool you. Libby loves to run and have a good time. She is a social butterfly and loves saying Hi to everybody she meets.
