Finn Sweeite is a happy-go-lucky boy who seems to wake up every day convinced that life is the best thing ever. From the moment you meet him, it’s almost impossible not to smile right back at him. He has this joyful, playful spirit that fills the room, paired with a lovable personality that makes people fall for him fast. Finn is the kind of dog who greets life with enthusiasm, a wagging tail, and a ready-to-play attitude. Whether he’s romping around with his dog friends, digging through the toy basket for his next favorite toy, or trotting over to deliver a sweet little kiss on your cheek, Finn knows exactly how to make a house feel like a home.

Finn Sweetie is believed to be a pittie mix approximately 6 months old and currently weighs 35 lbs. He is a rescue dog and with any rescue it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age.

One of Finn’s foster family’s favorite things about him is just how affectionate he is. He loves his people deeply and has no problem showing it. Finn happily hands out kisses, enjoys curling up for snuggles, and even seems convinced he’s a lap dog whenever the opportunity arises. He has that perfect mix of playful energy and loving companionship. The type of dog who will happily go on adventures with you during the day and then settle in close for cuddle time when the day winds down.

Finn is currently being fostered in a home with multiple dogs of different sizes and gets along beautifully with all of them. He loves having dog friends and is always ready for a good play session, but he’s also very polite about it. He tends to let other dogs take the lead and adjusts his play style to match their energy. His foster describes him as always ready to play and always happy to be part of the fun. A home with another playful dog would likely make him very happy.

Finn also met our house cat Biggie and met him appropriately and was very respectful around him. He did not chase Biggie, nor was he bothered by Biggie jumping or doing what cats do. Biggie also felt comfortable around him as well. We do not know if he has ever lived in a home before with a cat and this was our first time seeing him with a cat. If you have a cat in the home, we can arrange for him to have a sleepover with a cat upon request. Just let us know!

This fun-loving boy has a big personality when it comes to toys. Finn loves digging through the toy basket to find something new to play with and can happily entertain himself with stuffed toys, balls, and a good game of tug-of-war. When he’s outside, he enjoys zooming around the yard, chasing squirrels and birds, and then taking a break to relax and soak up the sunshine. A home with a yard where he can burn off some of that happy puppy energy would be ideal for him.

Finn has also been around children ranging from toddlers to teenagers and has done well with them. Because he loves both people and dogs so much, we believe he would make a wonderful family dog in a home where he can be included in daily activities and adventures. His foster family even brings him to their daughter’s lacrosse games where he happily soaks up attention and entertains himself with toys while meeting new people.

Finn is potty trained, sleeps in his crate at night, and already knows how to sit for a treat. Like many young dogs, he still has some playful puppy energy, but he responds well to gentle correction and is eager to please. With continued structure, playtime, and love, Finn will continue to grow into an incredible lifelong companion.

At the end of the day, Finn is simply a really wonderful dog. He’s loving, playful, social, and full of personality. The kind of dog who brings laughter, companionship, and a lot of tail wags into everyday life. His foster family has completely fallen in love with him and knows that whichever lucky family adopts him is going to gain an amazing new best friend.

If you’re looking for a dog who will bring joy, adventure, and plenty of affection into your life, Finn might just be your perfect match. We are willing to test Finn Sweetie with anything you need in order to ensure it's the perfect match. We can make anything happen. Just let us know.
