DESCRIPTION
Hi, my name is Stormie, and I just might be the sweetest girl you’ll ever meet. ??
I have a gentle, loving heart and absolutely adore giving kisses to my favorite people. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will shower you with affection and happily soak up all the love and attention you can give, I’m your girl!
I can be a little shy at first, so I’d do best in a home with kids over 14 years old who understand that sometimes I just need a moment to feel comfortable. Once I warm up, though, you’ll see just how sweet and friendly I truly am.
I love to play with other dogs and have even played nicely with a tiny puppy — I’m gentle and enjoy having canine friends around! And let’s not forget one of my favorite things in the whole world... treats! ?? They’re definitely the way to my heart.
If you’re looking for a loving, affectionate, and playful best friend, I’m ready to bring sunshine (even on stormy days!) into your life. Could that be with you? ?? If you are interested in adopting me or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, walk-in adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm. My adoption fee is $100
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The Pit Bull Terrier is a resilient and loyal breed known for its muscular build and loving nature. Originally bred for bull baiting and later dog fighting, Pit Bulls today are beloved family pets cherished for their gentle temperament and playful personality. With proper training and socialization, Pit Bull Terriers make affectionate companions that thrive on human interaction. Recognized for their strength and agility, these dogs require regular exercise and mental stimulation to channel their energy positively, reinforcing their reputation as devoted and trainable pets.
