If you’ve been dreaming of a tiny, sweet, cuddle-obsessed best friend… you’re going to want to meet this little guy. Echo Bean is the kind of dog who makes people instantly fall in love. Maybe it’s his adorable forever puppy face, or his perfectly petite size that makes him ideal for lap snuggles… or maybe it’s the way he gently nuzzles into you like he’s known you forever. And once he’s comfortable? He curls himself up into the cutest little “lap donut” and stays right there, soaking up all the love. He’s soft, affectionate, and just so easy to adore. The kind of dog who doesn’t just want to be near you… he wants to be with you.

Echo Bean is believed to be a pittie mix approximately 1 year old and currently weighs 20 lbs. That’s right, you read that correctly. This little guy is only 20 lbs! So don't let his pictures fool you. Fisher is essentially a full grown adult but in a little body that just stopped growing. He is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age.
Echo is extremely people-oriented and thrives on love. He’s the kind of pup who wants to be close. Snuggling, cuddling, and handing out sweet kisses like it’s his full-time job. If you’re looking for a dog who truly bonds with his person, Echo is your guy. This little guy loves to love and once he does, it’s game over! Next thing you know, you have a bestie to explore with, a snuggly buddy to binge watch your favorite show with, and the sole reason why your camera roll will always be full. Though Echo can be a little shy at first with new people and in new environments, it does not take long for him to open up. Within minutes he’s giving you all the kisses and is following you around like your little shadow. His connections run deep and he is happiest near his person.
While Echo may be a bit of a slow burn when it comes to warming up to new people, he’s the complete opposite with other dogs. He absolutely loves other dogs and the second he is with another doggy friend, you see his personality shine the brightest. Echo enjoys romping around the yard with other dogs, playing a game of “tag, you’re it,” and occasionally engaging in a little rumble-and-tumble wrestling session with the right match. Because he blossoms so beautifully around other pups, we would absolutely love to see Echo in a home with at least one other dog. He opens up quickly with his canine companions and would likely thrive in a multi-dog household.
Echo also met our house cat Biggie and met him appropriately and was very respectful around him. He did not chase Biggie, nor was he bothered by Biggie jumping or doing what cats do. Biggie also felt comfortable around him as well. We do not know if he has ever lived in a home before with a cat and this was our first time seeing him with one. If you have a cat in the home, we can arrange for him to have a sleepover with a cat upon request. Just let us know!
Echo has a perfectly balanced energy, making him a great companion to take with you on leisurely walks throughout the neighborhood and then snuggle with you on the couch after. He walks well on a leash and hardly ever pulls. Echo is treat motivated and he already knows how to sit. He is also crate trained and potty trained as well. One thing that is so cute about him too is the way he dances. He really is a wonderful little guy.
He is playful, affectionate, funny, and full of love. He’s the kind of dog who makes every day brighter just by being himself and he’s ready to bring that happiness home for good. We can see him thriving in a home with a backyard and we also believe he would thrive in an apartment/condo in a residential area. He doesn't require much exercise, a simple walk around the neighborhood, play time with his new fur siblings, or play time with his human is all he needs. He's also happy to just snuggle with you on the couch while you binge watch your favorite show.
It doesn't take much to make him happy. He just wants to be loved, be with his people, and curled up in your lap like a little donut. If you’re searching for a small dog with a huge heart, endless charm, and a face you simply can’t resist, Echo is the one for you. We are willing to test Echo Bean with anything you need in order to ensure it's a perfect match. We can make anything happen! Just let us know.
