9–10 months old | 30 lbs | Pit mix | Biggest sweetheart you’ll ever meet
Some dogs are failed by humans.
Daisy was one of them.
When she was rescued, this baby had been living in a crate 24/7. She was severely underweight, sick, and had never been taught how to just be a dog. No structure. No consistency. No real love.
But here’s the incredible part…
She didn’t become bitter.
She became grateful.
Her rescuer got her healthy, got weight on her, got her to the vet, and gave her something she’d never really had before — stability. And Daisy has absolutely blossomed. 🌸
✔️ Potty trained
✔️ Crate trained (rests comfortably when home alone)
✔️ Knows “sit,” “stay,” “down,” and “leave it”
✔️ Great with children
✔️ Walks twice a day and loves it
✔️ Curious and social on walks with other dogs
She’s still a puppy at heart — a little jumpy when excited because she’s just SO happy to see her people. We’re working on that, and she’s eager to please.
Right now Daisy is staying with her rescuer’s parents, who have been helping keep her on a routine and giving her a safe place to land. But with a senior beagle in the home who’s not thrilled about the new roommate, it’s just not the ideal long-term fit for everyone.
Daisy deserves a home where she can continue growing, learning, and truly settle in with her own people.
She is 30 lbs of second chances.
30 lbs of resilience.
30 lbs of “please don’t give up on me again.”
Not spayed yet but is registered- foster to adopt until she is spayed.
