KARTER
Pit Bull Terrier, Husky
🇺🇸
Youngsville, North Carolina
February 19th
male, medium, baby
DESCRIPTION
(DOB 12/12/2025) Due to Karter's young age, he has not been neutered yet. For this reason, we are only considering local placement (within a 1-hour drive time of Wake Forest NC).
Karter is chock-full of charm and uniqueness — a puppy who stands out in all the best ways. With the coloring of a pit, the thicker coat of a husky, a stout body, and adorable little low-rider legs, he's a one-of-a-kind mix that's guaranteed to turn heads and melt hearts.
He's the most laid-back of his pack, happy to soak in affection and cuddle up whenever the opportunity presents itself. But don't mistake his chill nature for laziness — Karter can flip the switch and bring the puppy energy when it's time to play, romping around with toys, soaking up attention, and sharing plenty of puppy kisses.
As he continues learning the ropes of being a good boy, Karter NEEDS a home with another playful dog to guide him and help burn off that happy puppy energy. With his affectionate personality and easygoing spirit, he'll make a wonderful companion for a family ready to help him grow into his best self.
As part of Karter's $325 adoption fee, he will be neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. In addition to the adoption fee, a $100 spay/neuter deposit and puppy spay/neuter agreement will also be required. The deposit will be returned once the puppy is altered. If you have questions about this adorable pup, you can email: Dogteam@pawsforlifenc.org. If you wish to adopt Karter, you can complete an application online for him under the Adopt a Pet Tab on our website: www.pawsforlifenc.org.
