Meet Blu!
Blu is a 2-year-old Staffordshire Pit / Catahoula Leopard Dog mix with a big heart and an even bigger zest for life. She's an energetic, adventurous girl who loves to play, jump, explore, and soak up the sunshine-but she's just as happy curling up in your lap for a cuddle and a nap.

Blu is curious, affectionate, and incredibly sweet. She enjoys long walks and park time, and she does great at doggy daycare and boarding, where she'll happily play all day and wear herself out. She's a heavy chewer who loves big bones and squeaky toys, so she'll need plenty of sturdy chew options.

She is fully potty trained and crate trained, and while she's comfortable in a crate, she's also used to lounging on couches and beds when allowed. Blu would thrive in an active home where she can get the exercise, attention, and love she deserves.

Due to the arrival of a new baby and unforeseen medical and financial challenges, I'm no longer able to provide the level of care and activity Blu needs. This decision comes from a place of love-I want her to have a home where she can truly thrive.

Blu is participating in The Love Pit's iRehome program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster. All behavior and medical information is provided by their caretaker, and TLP encourages all adopters to verify the information with their caretaker prior to adoption.
