At 11/12 weeks old, 14 lbs this Texas Supermutt cutie is thriving in foster care and showing off just how smart, adaptable, and downright lovable he is.

Dexter is great with other dogs (including big ones!) and loves to play, but when it comes to the resident foster kitties… he’s respectfully keeping his distance. He’s a gentle boy who will blossom with a little reassurance and love, and once he’s comfortable, his playful, affectionate side really shines.

He is:
Crate superstar (sleeping quietly through the night—no fussing or crying!)
Toy lover who keeps himself entertained
Great with other dogs, big and small
Big fan of the outdoors
About 80% potty trained on a schedule (yes, already!)

He is the total package—fun, affectionate, and already showing the kind of intelligence and personality that make for an amazing lifelong companion.
