DESCRIPTION
Hi! My name is Toby! I was an owner surrender and was about to be sent to a high kill shelter in Fresno, CA. My rescue stopped that from happening and I’m safe now with my rescue in Oregon.
I’m up to date on my vaccines, neutered, microchipped and potty trained. If it’s too cold outside, I go potty on my potty pads. I’m estimated to be about 4 months old and I weigh approximately 13.9lbs. I won’t get very big.
I’m smart, playful, and very sweet. I love playing with other dogs and I’m really good around cats. I love everyone I meet and I’m said to be very outgoing. I know how to use a doggy door and I do not like be crated. I’m a quiet dog, but in a crate or pen I am vocal about not wanting to be in them.
I’m said to be a great family dog. I love my walks and I love my toys.
If you are interested in adopting me, please go directly to my rescues website at savingonepawatatimerescue.org to complete my adoption application.
I look forward to meeting my new family!
Love, Toby
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The Pembroke Welsh Corgi, known for its iconic stubby legs and fox like appearance, is a small herding dog breed originating from Wales. These intelligent and affectionate dogs are beloved for their playful and outgoing nature, making them excellent companions for families and singles alike. With their distinctive coat patterns in colors such as red, sable, and tri color, Pembroke Welsh Corgis are recognized for their adaptability, loyalty, and agility, excelling in various activities from herding to agility competitions.
