Sallee is an almost 14-year-old, female small breed dog who has lived with one owner her entire life. She is a gentle, well-mannered companion who is looking for a quiet, loving home to spend her golden years.

Sallee gets along well with people of all ages and has lived with another small dog. She may be nervous around larger dogs and can be a bit shy with men at first, but she warms up with time and patience. She is affectionate and enjoys being close to her people.

Her energy level is low, and she is happiest relaxing on the couch, following her person from room to room, or settling into her kennel or carrier when she is ready to rest. She walks well on a harness and is housetrained when kept on a regular routine.

Sallee does have age-related needs. She has had multiple teeth removed, her vision is limited, and her hearing may be reduced. She will also require regular grooming approximately every three weeks to prevent matting.

She is a sweet, easygoing companion who knows when she needs quiet time and will settle herself comfortably.

Sallee would do best in a calm home that understands her needs and is ready to provide a gentle, stable environment.
