He's a smart boy who's eager to learn and please, with a funny, affectionate side that will keep you on your toes and a loyal nature that will keep him by your side. Jasper is currently living with cats in his foster home he’s curious about them and would love to play with them , Jasper would love to have a dog buddy to play with !
Jasper is very special boy ! His vet visit stated he’s in great health and what to believe is a birth defect his left eye is blind and the right eye has 3 lids and looks to the right . This does not stop him from living life to his fullest and funniest !!!
