Meet our Diamond in the ruff :) This handsome boy can't wait to meet you! He's a sweet 1-year-old pittie/husky mix who's 53 lbs of puppy love. He is very friendly and affectionate! Diamond lived previously with a large boxer who he did great with. If you already have a resident dog, we offer dog-to-dog introductions at KHS to ensure it's a good fit before adopting. Diamond is house-trained and partially kennel-trained. He does tend to pull on the leash, and will need more training to walk nicely. Diamond's favorite things are playtime, roadtrips, and chewing his toys! He's looking for an active adopter with the time to train, play with, and snuggle him! Think this big boy could be your new buddy? Visit Diamond today! ...
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
