Mushy two-month-old Puerto Rico came to us from Chicago Animal Care and Control at just five days old with his three siblings and amazing mom, Caribe. He has spent the last two months getting showered with love and attention and is now ready to move on to his forever family!
Puerto Rico is a ham and we can't get enough of him! Rico is the go with the flow pup. He dots around and joins in with whatever is going on! He is very happy to relax and cuddle, but his siblings can coax him into playing at just about any time. Rico absolutely adores other dogs! We have had the puppies meet several adult dogs and he is always following them around and eager to play with them, it is adorable!
Rico is so precious and we know he is going to make someone very happy!
Puerto Rico's adoption fee is $450. This animal is neutered, and is up to date on core vaccines appropriate for their age.
They will need a rabies vaccine at 4 months of age and a Heartworm test between 6-7 months of age at the adopter's own vet.
Since he is a puppy, any adopter should anticipate needing to work on housebreaking and other training using positive reinforcement training only.
