Meet Lucy — a big, beautiful girl with an even bigger heart who is searching for her person.

At around 3 years old, Lucy is very much a “big puppy” — full of life, love, and enthusiasm. She thrives on activity and connection, and she will do best with someone ready to guide her into adulthood with structure and training.

Lucy is incredibly social with people and highly affectionate, often greeting handlers eagerly and readily approaching them.

She has a high energy level and will need daily mental and physical outlets to stay happy and balanced.

What Lucy Needs:

• Active home committed to exercise and enrichment
• Continued positive-reinforcement training
• No children under 13 due to mouthy behavior
• Patience during her transition — she can become over-aroused and jump or mouth when excited
• Someone prepared to work on leash skills, as she tends to pull hard on walks

Lucy has shown playful, exuberant interest when greeting another dog and appears eager to socialize. 
A confident resident dog who understands energetic play could be a wonderful match.
