Roxy - Mixed Breed Dog Available for Adoption in Union Grove, Wisconsin

Roxy is the ultimate go getter! She is incredibly smart and enjoys puzzles and keeping her brain focused. She is quite energetic and would thrive in a home where physical activities like running, hiking, and swimming are on the agenda.
Roxy is learning how to dog appropriately. She has very little manners but is picking up on life in a household VERY quickly. She is highly food motivated, cheese is a fan favorite, and wants praise for a job well done. She walks pretty well on a tightly controlled leash and knows more hand commands than verbal!
She is also being crate trained and has been doing ok so far but she gets lonely and sad unless she in there for breakfast and dinner.
With all this learning, she has an amazing personality of joy and love and just wants to find people who will take the time to train her and teach her boundaries. Super smart dogs really need those boundaries.

Spay/Neuter (unless medically unable at time of adoption, in which case this will be discussed)

Heartworm Testing (dogs); FELV/FIV Testing (cats)

Age appropriate CORE vaccines. Dhpp, Rabies (if old enough)-dog; CVR, Rabies (if old enough) - cat - WE DO NOT ADMINISTER BORDETELLA unless indicated. PLEASE NOTE- puppies and kittens may need to complete vaccination schedule depending on age at time of adoption.

Dewormed

All breeds are best guess from veterinarian based on physical exam. All animals come from high kill shelters with poor access to resources. Once they arrive to our rescue they are quarantined for health purposes and spoiled in loving foster homes until their forever home is found! Our organization is operated 100% by volunteers who give their time and love out of the goodness of their hearts.
