Petite in size, heartworm negative, cute as a button.
Effie is shy, you have to win her trust. Until she trusts you, she can be people selective. So she’ll need an owner who can navigate this with visitors.
Once she loves you, she can't get enough of you. She is well worth all the extra effort to win her trust.

Effie was rescued from the streets in Memphis so she had been through a lot before coming to the Tunica Humane Society.
Effie loves to play with other dogs, they help her confidence soar.
