Chocolate is a 6-month-old, handsome young pup with the softest soul. He’s calm, gentle, and a little shy at first, but that just adds to his sweetness. He’s still learning about the world and getting comfortable in new environments, and he approaches everything with quiet curiosity.
Chocolate is sensitive in the best way—he takes things at his own pace and would thrive with a patient, loving family who can help him build confidence. On leash, he’s wonderfully easygoing, making walks a relaxed and enjoyable experience. He hasn’t quite decided on his favorite toy yet, but he’s on the hunt and would love someone to help him discover it.
If you’re looking for a gentle, curious companion who will blossom with love and reassurance, Chocolate might just be your perfect match.
Chocolate is neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $150. Please email adoptions@hstt.org for more information.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
