DESCRIPTION

I'm not just a dog looking for a home. I'm magic. In fact, I can read your mind right now. You're thinking, "What kind of dog even IS that?" or maybe, "Come on. That's gotta be photoshop."
Well... I'm sorry to disappoint, but all I have is guesses. My name is Traveler for a reason: I was found wandering the streets as a stray. I didn't even have a collar, much less a notarized copy of my 23andMe results.
Am I half basset (the bottom half) and half some kind of bully breed (the top half)? Maybe it really is that simple! All I know for sure is that I'm over-the-top cute, real friendly, and I've got plenty of energy. I love to run and play, both with humans and with other dogs. My play style can be a bit rough-and-tumble, so I'd be a great playmate for a young dog who wants to wrestle, but might not be perfect for tiny or geriatric dogs. I haven't met cats, so I'm not sure what I'd think of them.
I'm only about a year old, fully grown at 40ish lb, and I'm strong! I'll need some work on my leash-walking and general patience, but I definitely have potential.
Can I confess? I lied. I'm not actually magic. But I am pretty great. So if you need a funny-looking boy in your life, come check me out!

If interested please fill out a preliminary at odas.org/canine and someone will contact you to schedule your visit.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
